How can I place an order on your website?
To place an order, simply browse our website, select the products you need, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.
Why is my discount code not working?
Our discount codes only apply to full priced items and can not be used in conjunction with products that are already discounted, part of a current offer or medicated items.
Do I need a prescription to order prescription medications?
We do not sell prescription medications on our website. You can submit your prescription through our DigiScript Service and choose your local LloydsPharmacy collection point. Prescriptions can be collected and paid for in your chosen store.
Can I order over-the-counter (OTC) products without a prescription?
Yes, you can order OTC products without a prescription. Simply add the desired OTC items to your cart, complete the pharmacy questionnaire and proceed to checkout. Your answers will be checked by a pharmacist before your goods are shipped. If the medication is not suitable, for you or your condition, your order will be automatically refunded and you will receive an email outlining the reason.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. We also offer secure payment processing for your peace of mind.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know your tracking number and where to track your parcel. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and delivery of both home deliveries and local store deliveries. Please allow between 2-5 working days for all delivery types.
What is your shipping policy?
