How to book your appointment

You can book your appointment for the COVID-19 vaccine via our online booking system or by contacting your nearest participating LloydsPharmacy. Our team will guide you through the appointment booking process and provide you with all the necessary information.

We request that you bring a recognised form of photo ID e.g., your passport/driver's licence/public services card as well as your PPS number with you to your appointment. We require this as pharmacists are requested to confirm your identity and also to inform the Health Service Executive (HSE) of any vaccination administered.

The COVID-19 vaccination service is administered by trained pharmacists and is subject to vaccine availability. Remember to wear loose clothing for your appointment, so our pharmacist can roll up your sleeve to administer the vaccination easily.

**Important information before you book an appointment**
