COVID-19 Vaccination Service
At LloydsPharmacy, we are proud to offer the COVID-19 vaccination service to help protect yourself and others from the virus. Our team of qualified pharmacists have been trained to administer the vaccine safely and efficiently. We are committed to delivering a high-quality service while strictly adhering to the latest COVID-19 regulations to ensure the safety of both our customers and staff.
Even if you have been vaccinated, it is still possible for you to get COVID-19. Getting vaccinated can make your symptoms less severe. Keep listening to the Public Health advice on how to prevent the spread of COVID-19. For instance, making sure to wash your hands properly and often.
Over the coming months we will be changing our name from LloydsPharmacy to McCabes Pharmacy. The name on the outside of the pharmacy will be changing, but the friendly faces, the expert advice and the great value in store will stay the same, so call in and say hello to the people you know.
How to book your appointment
You can book your appointment for the COVID-19 vaccine via our online booking system or by contacting your nearest participating LloydsPharmacy. Our team will guide you through the appointment booking process and provide you with all the necessary information.
We request that you bring a recognised form of photo ID e.g., your passport/driver's licence/public services card as well as your PPS number with you to your appointment. We require this as pharmacists are requested to confirm your identity and also to inform the Health Service Executive (HSE) of any vaccination administered.
The COVID-19 vaccination service is administered by trained pharmacists and is subject to vaccine availability. Remember to wear loose clothing for your appointment, so our pharmacist can roll up your sleeve to administer the vaccination easily.
